At All In Physical Therapy we strive to make sure our patients are comfortable and understand all aspects of their treatment plan. Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions.  Please contact us with any other questions you may have or for more information. 

  • What can I expect at my first appointment?
    Your first vist will last approximately one hour and will include a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and applicable treatment plan as determined by a qualfied, licensed physical therapist. Your therapist will review your medical history, current health and any recent injuries that may have contributed to your current condition. The evaluation will include a thorough examination of your range of motion, strength, balance, posture, and function. Following diagnosis, we will work on an appropriate treatment plan together, including a home exercise program and follow up schedule.
  • When should I arrive?
    Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to your initial appointment to fill out paperwork.
  • What should I bring to my first appointment?
    Photo ID Physician Referral (if applicable) Insurance Card Forms, unless you have filled them out online List of Current Medications A Positive attitude
  • How do I cancel or change my appointment?
    The best way to cancel or change your appointment is to call our clinic at 208-515-7575 and speak to our receptionists. Emailing, contacting through the website or contacting your therapist directly will not guarantee that your message will be received. If it is after hours please leave a voice mail message for our receptionist. Also, please view our Missed Appointment Policy or go to our Policies page.
  • How much does physical therapy cost?
    The cost of your treament plan will depend on your diagnosis, your individual needs, and your insurance plan. We will verify your insurance benefits before beginning treatment. We will help you understand your insurance copay, deductible and payment plan. Please see our Insurance tab for more information. Self Pay-We offer discounted rates to accommodate individuals that do not carry private health insurance or have catastrophic coverage only. Please contact our office to find out what options are available.
  • Where can I find the Privacy Policy?
    You can view the Privacy Policy on the Forms page of the website or in the clinic, just ask the front desk for a copy.
  • What insurances does All In Physical Therapy accept?
    At All In Physical Therapy we accept most major insurance carriers. Please feel free to contact us or we can help assist you in getting a quote of benefits and eligibility.
