Missed Appointment Policy

 Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients promptly. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you hold a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. To be respectful of your fellow patients, please call our office as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

We require that you call at least 24 hours in advance if cancellation is necessary. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

 

How to Cancel Your Appointment

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call, or text us at 208-515-7575. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call or text as soon as possible.  Please do not email us, use the "Contact" form at the bottom of the pages on the website or contact your therapist directly.  We cannot guarantee to see these messages in a timely manner, and this type of communication could result in late fees being assessed.  

 

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

 

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $25.00 missed appointment fee. Life happens and sometimes prior notice is unavoidable. In these circumstances, All In Physical Therapy reserves the right to provide a courtesy waiver. We appreciate your understanding and please direct any questions to our staff
